Andreas Beckmann

Andreas has oversight of the financials. Prior to joining ActivumSG, he was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young AG in Berlin. He led a team in the Transaction Support Group focused on diligence and audit for large corporate real estate transactions. Andreas’ responsibilities included the financial due diligence for projects of the Cerberus European Real Estate Group for more than three years. His experience encompasses valuation and running financial audits, including IAS/IFRS/HGB reconciliations. Andreas became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2005 and a Certified Tax Adviser in 2003. Andreas graduated from Humboldt University with a degree in Business (finance and accounting).
