Hotel redevelopment in prime Spanish tourist destination

Salsa is a 4,600 sm hotel re-development ground up project in a prime pedestrian street in the historic center of Malaga. The asset is located directly across from the Picasso Museum and the Roman Amphitheater, amongst other major tourist attractions including Malaga’s port and tourist downtown area.

ASG plans to completely rebuild the site into an 82 room luxury hotel and position it as the only modern and high quality hotel in the historic center. The acquisition of Salsa continues ASG’s focus in acquiring and repositioning strategic-located undervalued hotels in Spain.
