In July 2015, ASG acquired the “Walzmuehle” shopping center in Ludwigshafen which needs an active asset management turnaround. “Walzmuehle”, consists of a historic building from 1906 and a newly built section with retail, a food court and movie theater.

ASG plans to reconfigure the mall through a capital expenditure program to optimize the tenant base and appeal to the local market. With a strong cash flow and high potential for repositioning this is a good investment for Fund III.
