Walzmuehle (Ludwigshafen)

In July 2015, ActivumSG acquired the “Walzmuehle” shopping center in Ludwigshafen which needs an active asset management turnaround. “Walzmuehle”, consists of a historic building from 1906 and a newly built section with retail, a food court and movie theater.

ActivumSG plans to reconfigure the mall through a capital expenditure program to optimize the tenant base and appeal to the local market. With a strong cash flow and high potential for repositioning this is a good investment for ActivumSG Fund III.

ActivumSG erstand im Juli 2015 das zentral in Ludwigshafen gelegene Einkaufszentrum „Walzmühle“, das eine aktive Änderung des Asset-Managements benötigt.

In der aus einem denkmalgeschützten Altbau von 1906 und einem neu errichteten Teil bestehenden „Walzmühle“ sind Einzelhandel, Gastronomie und ein Kino untergebracht. ActivumSG plant, das Einkaufszentrum neu aufzustellen, indem durch eine Kapitalerhöhung die Mieterbasis optimiert und der lokale Markt mehr angesprochen wird. Mit einem starken Cash Flow und einem hohen Potential für eine Repositionierung ist dieses Objekt eine gute Investition für den ActivumSG Fund III.
