In July 2015, ASG purchased a vacant office building in the city center of Madrid previously used as a municipal office. ASG’s plan is to turn the building into a hotel since the excellent location is perfectly suited for a hotel.

 

This is located in front of the Centro Nacional de Arte Reina Sofia Museum, just a few steps from the Paseo del Prado, Parque del Retiro, and some of the most prestigious hotels and museums in the city center. It is a 5 minute walk to Atocha train station, the main public transport hub of Madrid.
