Business Development specialist Annemarie Manning joins ASG from Pramerica

Annemarie Manning joined ActivumSG UK Advisors Ltd. in December 2015 as Head of Business Development and Investor Relations.

 

Jersey (UK), February 5th 2016 – Annemarie will play an integral role in developing the business and will be responsible for ASG’s relationship with institutional investors globally. Cerberus veteran Saul Goldstein founded the group in 2007 and the team has now grown to 23 professionals, with large teams in Germany and Spain. ASG has raised 3 funds for opportunistic real estate strategies focusing on Germany, with the latest one now more than 75% invested. Last year ASG successfully raised 200 million Euro for its fourth fund, focusing on real estate opportunities in Spain.

Prior to her appointment at ASG Annemarie held a position in Business Development at Pramerica. Her career in real estate began in 1998 and over the last 17 years Annemarie has gained experience in business development, investor relations, corporate acquisitions, direct and indirect investments. In addition to positions at Greenhill, Doughty Hanson and Security Capital, Annemarie worked for eight years at APG Investments as a senior portfolio manager for private equity real estate and debt.
