Malilla is a neighborhood in Valencia, Spain’s third-largest city. This 11,600 sm condominium development project is located opposite the largest hospital in the Province of Valencia and is an area with very good transport links to the rest of the city.
Underpinned by low inflation, rising incomes and the availability of historically cheap mortgage finance, there is strong demand from first-time buyers for larger new-build three- or four-bedroom apartments in Valencia. There has been a dearth of development since the property market crash of 2008, underpinning the recovery in new-build sales prices.
