Fund III acquired “Saonehaus” in Frankfurt to capitalize on the change of the Lyoner area in Niederrad from an office only district into a dynamic mixed-use more urban quarter. The building matches ASG’s key investment criteria in terms of high quality and value-add approach as the vacancy can either be transformed into residential space or leased.

The acquisition of “Saonehaus” continues ASG’s focus in acquiring useable office space to either be leased or transformed at a steep discount to replacement cost in sustainable locations.
