Parque Central is a condo development in downtown Estepona, the beach resort south of Marbella, and the site is a short stroll from the seafront. The project involves the construction of a 12,600 sm tower of mainly two and three-bedroom apartments.
There is shortage of prime residential stock on the Costa del Sol, one of the main holiday destinations in southern Spain and where the economy is growing faster than the national average. One of the fund’s strategies is to be an early mover in residential development in Spain, where the property market is in the early stages of recovery.
