Stefan Mohr

Stefan has strategic oversight over European corporate transactions. Prior to joining in 2012, he was Head of M&A and Corporate Investments at HSH Nordbank AG. He managed the corporate equity investments portfolio of 150 subsidiaries and divestment of the “non-core” subsidiaries. Stefan also headed the Financial Institutions M&A business at Sal. Oppenheim. Together with earlier positions at Bankhaus Metzler and PwC, he has 14 years of experience, as an M&A advisor for leading European financial institutions and private equity houses and also as an advisor to real estate investors. Stefan graduated from Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg with a diploma in Economics and received a M.S. in Finance from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
