Madrid, 25th June 2026: Earlier this year, ActivumSG had the pleasure of hosting another edition of “Socios por un día” ( #Sociosx1dia – ‘Partners for One Day’), a charitable initiative in collaboration with Junior Achievement España. Junior Achievement arranges educational programmes where students learn about entrepreneurship, and provides career guidance through practical activities, workshops, and other real-world experiences that help students discover their talents and prepare for their future careers.

Our Iberian office in Madrid welcomed final-year school students to provide insights into day-to-day workings at a pan-European real estate investment manager. Practical tasks included assessing two historic ActivumSG investments in Spain: the Palacio Solecio in Málaga, a disused palace we transformed into a boutique luxury hotel before selling to a private buyer, and the Ruta de la Plata shopping centre in Caceres, an underperforming retail asset we turned around through hands-on asset management before exiting as part of a wider portfolio disposal.

This partnership with Junior Achievement España reflects our continued commitment to initiatives that create lasting value for our communities, stakeholders, and the environment.
