Niyam is an Analyst within the Client Solutions and Capital Formation team, supporting the firm’s investor relations, business development and client engagement activities across its real estate strategies. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2026, Niyam was an Associate at Murano Connect, where he supported global asset managers with institutional investor engagement and fundraising across alternative public and private market strategies.

Niyam graduated from Aston University, Birmingham with a BSc in Politics and Economics.
