Xinrui is an Analyst in the Investment team in London, focusing on acquisitions across the UK, supporting transactions from initial screenings through execution. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2026, Xinrui worked at ING in the Real Estate Finance team, specialising in commercial real estate debt transactions across Europe.

Xinrui holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School.
